ALTA Waterproofing is a commercial waterproofing contractor specializing in the installation of building envelope membrane systems, parking garage and sport stadiums waterproofing systems.  Our scope of services include new construction, renovations, repairs and maintenance.  Essentially, Alta does everything water related except for roofing. Our service area covers the Mid-Atlantic region of Maryland, Washington, DC, Delaware, Virginia, and West Virginia.

ALTA's Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is 0.79. This excellent rating is due to our commitment to safety. All employees are continually and thoroughly trained in OSHA regulations and participate in the company's Drug Testing Program .
